Went there mid last week for an evening meal with a friend, ordered off the main menue not the all you can eat as was told it's too late for that menue even though it was before 21.00, the food we ordered was average the sushi was very warm and considering we ordered a superior plate was a lot of vegetable rolls and not a lot of fish, We both had Ramen which were good but the underlying problem with the restaurant is the staff that serve you. We were the only people in there at the end and it took 15 minutes to get the attention of the staff who 1.was on her phone and the other was standing eating and ignoring the attempts to ask for the bill until she had finished her food.
After this then having to debate the optional service charge which they insisted had to be put on the bill (only two customers defeats the point of being optional ) and when i refused to pay it was tutted out of the restaurant.
This place used to be good but has slipped vastly over the last couple of months. Avoid until they get there act together.

I had a similar experience to yours, sadly. Even though we were only 4 customers, the service was incredibly slow; we're talking about a 30-40min wait between each order!! The sushi was okay though

I went to the restaurant with my bf yesterday n the environment is so good they added candles on each table nice n romantic staffs r very friendly n helpful . They recommended 2 cocktails since I don't drink alcohol I ordered a non-alcoholic chibachiba my bf order a whiskey sour which he said is great.actually I never thought cocktail n Japanese food can go together so well. I really like this restaurant worthy to try

I've been to this restaurant with my friends yesterday, the staff are friendly and helpful. The food was excellent with a reasonable price.

A lot of choices for the set menu and some fresh and tasty sushi, well prepared. We just noticed there doing a promotion - 'Eat as much as you like' it only £13.80.

Good value, will try next time. Definitely recommended!!

What do you mean I can't give it zero stars! My wife and I order a delivery from here last night, and it wasn't worth it. We eat quite a lot of japanese, and only ordered from this new resturant as the Sushi restaurant just around the corner that we usually eat from was unable to process credit cards that particular night.

We had the 'Deluxe Tempura', which despite being advertised online as '2 pieces of king prawn, oysters, fish, squids, shitake and lotus roots', was in fact '2 pieces of king prawn, and vegetable tempuras' which is how it was listed on the that came which the menu.

I am led to believe that under the fair trading laws you must provide what you advertise. This was definitely not worth £9.50, especially when the Prawn Tempura was five pieces and only cost £8.We also got the vegetable tempura, which seemed to be missing the avocado and asparagus, but did have what i presume was courquette.

Again disappointing.Oh the whole the tempura was soggy, and mediocre. The salmon sashimi was nice, but then it didn't need to be cooked. My wife also had the grilled aubergine with sweet soy bean paste, which was acceptable.I also had the Chilli Chicken Ramen, which didn't seem that hot, nor did i realise when i started eating it that the bottom half would be solid noddles.

From our point of view, a less an adequate meal for £50, and we won't be eating at or from this restaurant again. And having read some of the reviews on another prominent eating review site for the other restaurants, i don't think i'll be eating in any of them either.Frankly this tasted like japanese as cooked at a bad oriental takeaways.
