great discovery:) feel soo pleasantly full all i need is a nap.waitress really cool and funny, she can understand what im saying and not acting weird like the staff in other chinese restaurants.food is really lovely, prawn toast freshly made yam yam, fresh tofu, dishes are not swimming nor overflowing in sauce:) shame they changed the old school canteen deco style.

Most of the food in this Restaurant is ok but beware of sizzle platters exploding all around you and polluting the atmosphere in a very small room. The quarter crispy duck and pancakes gets shredded in the kitchen out of site instead of before you at the table as in every other Chinese Resuarant and is obviosly not A full quarter duck portion. Also if you order a quarter of crispy duck (takeaway )and pancakes they always remove/ trim about 2-3 ounces of the portion so you do not actually get the whole quarter duck. They must keep these off cuts and then they have enough meat for more £8 portions. Their attitude and service is inconsistant.

Absolutely awful. My order of dumplings came and tasted extremely wrong. After returning the full plate apart from the one I unfortunately ate.

They still charged us for them and when I queried this they told me that there was nothing wrong with them and that's how they should taste.

My husband had already paid on his way back to the restroom and they refused to refund us. Awful service and the rest of the food was not very good either.
