The positive comments I see look more like their own advertising... Very suspicious.
The staff should be working in a hair saloon were they could keep staring at themselves to remember how cool they think they are. Also they would get a chance to wash their hair... Scruffiest staff I've seen for ages and terrible attitude from what seemed the staff manager.
You have to give the 'begging puppy look' to get any attention eventually, from these self-believed superior beings...
It would all be fine if at least we've had some decent food but we had some of the worst pizza I've had in a long tome.
Not sure what cheese they use but I wouldn't call it mozzarella ...
In within 10 seconds from being served it goes solid and dry just like the base.

i'll never go back. No bad atmosphere, weird menu, and pizza came 1hr later...

Relaxed atmosphere, great service and friendly staff. The pizza is phenomenal. Huge choice of quality toppings - can thoroughly recommend in particular the Gorgonzola and poached pear 'gorgonzola con Pere e Rucola'. My mouth is watering even thinking about it. Really nice olives as well - which can so often let an Italian restaurant down in my opinion!

We showed up at Furnace quite late on a Friday evening. There was a fun buzz about the place. It was rather full but the waiting staff were very helpful in rejigging to get us a table for 6 in short order. Food was a refreshing change from the pizza chain fodder - fresh and interesting ingredients. I'll be back.
