The Incredible Veggie Show is coming to London, offering the chance to get clued up on vegetarian diets and healthy eating live at the Royal Horticultural Halls. Visit the show and take a bite out of the largest veggie event ever held in the UK.
Healthy eatingThe Incredible Veggie Show is being staged by campaign group Viva!, seeking to promote healthy eating through vegetarian and vegan diets. Expert advice from qualified dieticians and nutritionists will be present, on hand to answer questions and explain the benefits of vegetables in the average diet, as well as in the prevention of animal cruelty and conservation of the environment.
Take a biteMake the most of free food and drink samples at The Incredible Veggie Show. A range of leading vegetarian food manufacturers will be offering free tastings as well as information and advice. Other exhibitors will present everything from food and drink to clothing, cosmetics, toiletries and baby products for a comprehensive range of healthy living products.
Special guestsThe Incredible Veggie Show will feature a number of special guests live at the Royal Horticultural Halls. At the last show international vegetarian cooking expert Rose Elliot, chef Andrew Sartain and internationally esteemed GP Dr Michael Greger on diet and cancer prevention both gave talks. Other celebrities included Viva! patron Heather Mills who gave a talk on why she's a vegan.
The Incredible Veggie Show takes place at the Royal Horticultural Halls in London on Saturday 18th April 2009, from 10am to 6pm. Admission is £3.00, with free entry for under 16s.
