I must have eaten at a different place because I loved the food and the service was very personal and friendly.

I've just been there. I have no problems with food quality which is better than most london's venues.

I have a problem thought with the guy we found on the door and who's supposed to let people in by promoting the restaurant.

We warned him about our low budged and he made promises he didn't keep. He assured us a full meal at 8.5 instead of the list price if we were going to get at least two dishes (which we did). At the end of our dinner he promply left his door position as we were presented a bill at full list price plus a hidden 3 pounds service charge.

This is not what I call good service. This place should deserve 4 stars for food and service but in the end it's a 2.

Enrico896. Totally agree, the hidden surcharge is a disgrace. I'll never go there again. Service is appalling. But the food was very nice. The man on the front said that he was security, but when asked to produce his sia badge, he quickly went inside and wasn't seen until we left. The price was too much. Better low priced venues around the area. Avoid Indian Brasserie. 1 star is too high.

I haven’t a bad word to say about Indian Brasserie. The food is always excellent and of a great standard considering the prices.
I’d recommend Indian Brasserie to anyone.
