I was at Koffmans the other day when the Michelins were announced. I cant believe this legendary chef was overlooked. The food was quite simply amazing. The deco isn't my cup of tea but the food was, as you would expect, very French, and very tasty. The Michelin people clearly would rather give stars to potty mouthed tyrants who are vacant from their kitchens than rewarding a true legend who is there cooking and creating fabulous food. Shame on you!
