I only used to come for breakfast to Konnigans which is very nice but recently I went there for dinner and the service and food was absolutely lovely. I'm going to be back there very soon!

I used to go to Konnigans quite a lot with my son, but I have to say since the head chef left in August the food has gone down hill fast. I went recently to see if things have got any better and must say it has not. It's a shame as the food was always great before, I never had to wait for my food, but now you wait for ages. It's a real shame as Konnigans is a charming restaurant.

I chose to go to Konnigans as it is my local restaurant. I have been there on three occasions and too long for my food to arrive. On the first occasion I went there, I complained, and I was assured that on my return visit that I would not have to wait. I hate to say it, but I returned twice more!



I had some friends over from Cornwall on Saturday, and as we were pushed for time, opted to eat at Konnigans. I asked a very helpful waitress how long the food would be and I was told it was fine. We then waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for our main courses! There were obviously problems, as our waitress told us that the owner came in later on in the evening and closed the kitchen!



I would advise anyone eating here to avoid the busy times as these restaurant owners clearly do not know what they are doing!
