This is now my favourite wimbledon restaurant. It feels authentically japansese and the food is superb, with a whole range of dishes.
The level of service, the cosy atmosphere and the genuine warmth is why I love it so much!

Fantastic Japanese grill. Quality service and exceptional food. The menu is one I can keep coming back and experimenting with .. it also offers something for everyone - don't be put off, being a grill house it's not just raw fish.

A touch unique in that the food arrives when ready (not necessarily as you thought you ordered it). But the nature of the menu is that you can build your meal out of small pieces (which also means you can pop in for noodles or the whole nine-yards). So sit back, relax and enjoy the taste sensations ... we will returning. Absolutely recommended.

Having no real experience with Japanese cuisine I arrived at Kushi Tei with no preconceptions. I now fear for the next Japanese restaurant I visit as they have a lot to live up to! Kushi Tei really did seduce me and the food was exceptional. I can't believe I hadn't tried this before! Gorgeous.
