This is the worst restaurant i have ever been to.

The food was shocking
The service was shocking
The music was shocking

There is a sign by the buffet that says people will be charged £5 if they do not finish the contents of their plate...but the food is largely inedible

AVOID - one star is too generous, and calling it a restaurant is flattering.

Just had a party for my 1 year old daughter for about 45 people (the restaurant holds about 52).

We found the owners very difficult and greedy from the beginning, paid the deposit 2 weeks before and at the last minute (20 minutes before) they told us we can use their TV for a slideshow only if the other guests didn't need it !!??

Anyway, we tried to forget about it and were trying to enjoy the party, until we found out that the owners booked another birthday next to us without letting us know!!

I will let you imagine our guests faces and ours once we heard them singing happy birthday!

The other few tables were filled with very very low profile guests, a woman about 50 years old was lapdancing on a guy's while a 10 year old girl was singing karaoke!!

With all the kids present it was a show that shocked everyone to say the least. That's when our guests started to leave in disgust, our party was totally spoiled.

Our daughter is usually very well behaved and calm, but there she was crying all the time because of the noise, confusion, crowding and warmth (no air conditioning, only a fan working).

Food was lacking, when I went to the buffet there was never any rice available and all the filipino dishes are eaten with rice!!

Service was poor, waiters not pleasant at all and found them very unprofessional. The only good thing was the kid at the bar, he was very helpful and accomodating.

Neither us or our friends will ever go anywhere near it.The location is not convenient, it's 15 minutes walk from the station and our friends found it difficult to get to it.

Talking to some friends we found out that when they booked they had the same problems, I wish I asked before...

Worst money I've ever spent on a restaurant, I would give ZERO Stars if I could. AVOID!!

Hello Alfie and Wife, Hope your both well.

I am one of the "very low profile guests" that was present at the restaurant the day you were celebrating your daughter's birthday.

Every Sunday I treat myself and a friend to lunch here and there is a reason that we come back almost every week.

The only problem that day you were there was that you dampened everyones mood- in reference to the "50 year old woman dancing for a guy" a lady was simply enjoying herself and as far as I recall, it was not due to her dancing that people left.

We have made this restaurant our local, because of the food, hospitality and what everyrone I have taken there has mentioned is the "atmosphere".

The other customers that day silently agreed that you and your wife's snooty attitude was truly infuriating.

I work with a lot of Filipino people in the hospital that I work in, and the restaurant truly embodies the accomodating and generous attitude of the Filipino I have met.

I am going to continue my Sunday tradition, and I am quite glad that you will not be returning.

P.S I live in Tooting Bec and it takes me 15 minutes to walk there from my house, and for your guests that got lost from Tooting Broadway, they must have followed poor instruction
