Excellent experience! The staff was very helpful and the food was delicious and very unique. The atmosphere was amazing and very laid back. I loved it and will be returning soon!
La Bottega del Caffe’ is around the corner from my office and I finally decided to have lunch there one week ago. The staff were incredibly efficient and helpful. Food and drink were excellent and would certainly go back there again. Lovely Italian atmosphere!
When you enter the Bottega del Caffe’ you surely notice the Italian style hospitality that surrounds you. I am Italian, so I know what I’m talking about. It has been a long time since I’ve seen here in London, a city that can be so gloomy, food that looks so good. It reminded me of my childhood, when I used to go to the delicatessen shop near my house with my mother. I had a cheese and meat platter for lunch and I have to say, it’s really worth what you pay for it (much more than I expected). I admit that I really felt satisfied.
My visit to La Bottega del Cafe was a very good one. The atmosphere was excellent. During the rush hour of lunch time, it was a bit noisy (but that is expected during this time). I had the Parma Ham and Mozzarella Focaccia and it was very good. For coffee, the espresso was very well made. This Italian coffee was strong, just the way I like it.The staff was very polite and helpful. They took the orders down and made the food in good time. This made the visit to the cafe very enjoyable.
3* overall? You are joking! Coffee and cake for £4.50? Friendly staff? Superb location? Miles ahead of that other stupid franchise everyone else goes to. This is my office when I'm in the West End.
One of my favourite places to have lunch and breakfast in London. Very fresh ingredients and their Italian cioccolata is just heavenly!
We often come here as its close to the office- the coffee is fantastic and the croissants are really fresh. Its a busy, modern and the wifi is free
Coffee isn't bad but the noise staff make, while you are trying to relax in the half empty shop, is unberable. Shop manager absent. This store shows the worst part of Italy!
I often get coffee from here - its much better than the american chains and the food is decent quality. Very Italian feel
I went in to have a sandwich and could not order anything as they told me they were about to close. How rude can you be?
I went to this place and no one even aknowledge my presence. I left after two minutes unattended.
Staff is really rude, no food on display and mess all over.
