After a recent trip to London, I wanted to avoid the Italian restaurant chains and I caught up with friends at La Porchetta Camden. We were seated near the open pizzeria and I decided to go for the Deliziosa pizza with goats cheese and red peppers which was huge, fresh and really amazing. I will definitely be back when I return to the UK.

Love this place have been coming here for years. we here for a family dinner every one love it :))))

Amazing pizza, can't fault it, really special place. The sort of place you go to with a group of friends, not an intimate romantic dinner! Brilliant

This is a great place, with great pizzas. The staff are always so friendly and it’s the perfect place to go to before a night out in Camden.

I went to La Pochetta with a friend on Friday evening and I had one of the worst experiences of my life, restaurants wise! The very rude, incompetent manager (who did not even know, when asked, whether they served gluten free pasta in his own restaurant!) of the restaurant accidently dropped the pos machine on our table, which after breaking my wine glass, bounced onto my main course plate splashing tomato sauce all over the place, including my clothes. He apologised to us and we accepted his apologies, however, when we asked for the bill, he had the cheek to charge us for the wine that was never replaced and even included the service charge! Can you believe he only offered to take two coffees off the bill as a sign of politeness? As a consequence we complained and he started being rude and the emphasised that the two coffees that he had offered to us were enough to make it up for what happened! I had never experienced anything like that before in London. This is the most unprofessional manager I have come across in a restaurant in the uk. Furthermore, he treats the staff of the restaurant like slaves. He shouts at them, and tell them off in front of customers. I found this very humiliating for the staff and I felt very uncomfortable as a customer. My friends and I have decided to boycott the restaurant and will never go there again as long as the said manager will be running the place.

Went to La Porchetta for dinner last week and it was such a great experience! The atmosphere is really nice and homey and the menu has a fantastic selection. The starters especially had my mouth watering. I finally managed to decide on the fried mozza and the pizza bread, both of which came out quickly, were fresh and delicious! For my main I decided on the meatballs, because I'd heard good things about them, and I was not at all disappointed. They were big and flavourful and came with a good portion of pasta in a yummy sauce. I was so stuffed at this point, but still could not resist sampling a dessert so I ended up with the banoffee pie. Best decision of the night!! Sooo good, I've never had such a home-made tasting banoffee pie before. I cleaned my plate lol. The service was good, prices are excellent and it's in a great location! Really have nothing negative to say. I'd definitely recommend stopping in there for nibbles, dinner or dessert. They've some nice specialty coffees on the menu too!

Don't know if we just got a bad night but we were very unimpressed. Had pizza and chicken caesar salad (salad at £9.50!). Pizza was just ok, slightly undercooked but ok. Salad was awful - tired lettuce, small bits of dubious looking chicken, too much cheese and drenched in dressing. We left most of the salad but plates were cleared without even being asked if the meal was ok. Service pre-added to the bill as well. General sense of the staff being pleasant enough but not really too bothered about the end result. Wouldn't return - lots of other good similar options very nearby.

Met a friend here for Dinner, upon arriving I was the first customer to be seated but literally within minutes the place was filling out and customers consistently walking through the door.

Very prompt friendly service, very polite and helpful, spent ages looking over the menu as everything looked so good and I could not decide what to order!

Ordered the Ravioli with Spinach, a Mediterranean Salad and a Tiramisu, all was absolutely delicious. The smell of the fresh bread and pizzas coming from the Kitchen were very tempting.

Good size portions, excellent food, excellent service, great prices...definitely a place i will be going to more often and highly recommend anyone to experience the food here!

La Porchetta gives the best value for money I have had in long time. The pizzas feel like 2 for 1 in just one! - They are huge, fresh and great value - mentioning no names - the bigger chains have someone to learn from!!

The staff seemed a little preoccupied at times - but the service was friendly and efficient which is more than can be said for other restaurants!

Great pizza just like in Naples!

The only problem i had was waiting for a free table as it was very busy, but otherwise a great experience!
