Very impressed all round! From the comments below forom 2008 and 2009 it's been good for a long time as well.

I have been here many times for my lunch now and have never been let down. The vast majority of the food is freshly made on the premises, including their cakes which are some of the best I've ever had - being full of flavor and not simply packed with sugar.

The service is second to none. As an example, a favourite of mine is the soup. I arrived one day last week to find that they had run out of all their soup. The chef heard this and came out of the kitchen area and told me that he would gladly make me a fresh soup or either carrot or mushroom if I didn't mind waiting 20 mins. I had a delicious cake and a cup of tea while I waited!

There's plenty of seating here and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. I would definitely recommend the place to anyone looking for good food, great service and nice surroundings. Best shared with a friend...

A very nice place to eat and relax.I had coffee there yesterday and really nice healthy lunch with my mother today.We were both very impressed.Staff very nice and friendly too.

Wow! I went here for the first time this weekend, and I'll definitely be going back! There were so many tempting things on the menu, but I went for the vegetarian breakfast, which came with the best scrambled eggs I have ever had! My friend had the aubergine filled with goats cheese, which I'm told was delicious.

The cafe has really nice fresh juices, as well as hot drinks. And the cakes and salads look absolutely amazing! My next visit there may be simply to try the cakes / pastries, as this time I was full up from my main course - (really big portion sizes).

There's a lovely garden area too, which will defintely be a winner once the weather gets a bit warmer.
