This really is a rather special place. Intimate, quirky, classy, 50s meets 70s decor, friendly, and lovely food. The menu is short but it doesn't matter what you have because everything will be good and decadent even the little pre-starters. The waiters are probably the nicest in London. Try the Jansz (Tasmanian sparkling wine) - it'll bring an added sparkle to the evening.

Loved this place and am looking for an excuse to go again!
Great service (the staff are attentive without being over the top, interesting and interested, and as helpful pre-booking as during the meal), great food simple European food cooked perfectly (2 veges, 1 lactose intolerant and 1 garlic intolerant all catered for with no bother at all), and great atmonsphere with original artworks and a faded glamour that really adds to the feeling that you've found a little London gem.
Perfect for a special night out that isn't too stuffy!

Langan's Bistro is a proper English restaurant. All the dishes foreigners laugh at us Brits for loving are on here - from fish and chips to Lancashire cheese. No surprise then that Langan's Bistro is chock-full of tourists tucking into the fattening stuff.
Heart attack on a plate.
