Went there with my boyfriend for a meal before meeting up with some friends. We were told (very nicely that a table would be about 30 - 45 minutes) but as we were in happy hour and they were also doing 2 4 1 mojitos we really didn't mind. The table was actually ready in 20 minutes and we had a lovely corner table. Food and drinks were tasty and good value for money, considering what you can pay! Overall had a really positive experience and it was a Saturday over the bank holiday, so impressed with their quick service.
I went with friends for my birthday, after hearing good reviews. It sounded like my kind of place and food and drink-wise it was fine, but I've never been treated so badly in a restaurant before and it seems I'm not the only one from these comments. It was a Wednesday night and we got offered a table with high stalls, which we didn't mind. However our waitress was surly beyond belief. We ordered a main course each and cocktails and she kept coming over almost annoyed that we didn't want any more drinks. When we handed over our 241 voucher at the end of the meal she did not seem at all happy and less than two minutes after we had paid said, "we really need this table you know." Needless to say we didn't leave a tip.
Nice, place. We went there in our holidays and was amazing. Good food and good cocktails. Defenetely when we back to London, we will be back.
DONT GO HERE! Awful. Terrible service. We came here for Valentines day and I had even paid a £20 pound deposit in advance to secure a table for the Valentine's set menu.
When we came in I was told we would be given a glass of Cava on entrance and bread pre-starters but his did not happen. Not only that I had to remind the waitress who barely spoke any English of this. The starters and main meal were below average and the waitress clearly had not ried any of the dishes so could not make any useful suggestines. Then the dessert came and it was completely cold and hard and the waitress said it had just been fried - yeah right!
Finally when the bill came they tried to charge me the whole bill when I had already paid £20 towards it.
Awful awful awful.

I can't fault the food it was delicious. The waiter who served me was great gave him a big tip. So why 2 stars? I had booked a specific table for my daughter her friend and my wife for our daughters 21st. They knew it was her 21st, they knew how to contact me as they had my number but I arrived with my daughter to find we could not have that table I had booked because they had decided to put a larger party in that prime position. I had a stand up row with the manager over it who offered nothing to compensate us for the disappointment. We were going on to the theatre that night and only because time was limited id we stay at the place. They totally ignored her birthday despite promising the world to get my booking. Don't trust them and to all restaurants people have birthdays in december too! So being a manager with a large company and a deep purse, they wont be getting my next mass booking.

Las Iguanas is great fun - there's a real party atmosphere there and everyone is in such a good mood, including the very smiley staff! If you're in need of a good night with some excellent cocktails then Las Iguanas is a treat.
Went for lunch at this Las Iguanas before a ride on the London Eye. Wwhat a lovely day out it was. The service was really good, the staff were helpful, friendly and attentive. The food was incredible.
The only disappointment was that I didnt manage to finish all of my yummy Moqueca! I am going to book tickets for Las Iguanas New Years Eve as there's nowhere else I'd rather be.
I got to Las Iguanas earlyish on a Saturday evening. The restaurant was two-thirds empty yet with Las Iguanas staff milling around at the bar, we were left waiting at the door for five minutes before we gave up and left. What a waste of time.
I haven't been to Las Iguanas yet, as it's not open til August, but it looks really cool. Whenever I walk past they are doing something different in there, and the decor looks really funky from what I can see through the windows. Las Iguanas will definitley be seeing me soon!
