We went to Le Mercury for our xmas meal. The food was bad, exceptionally bad in fact, over-cooked in many cases, and was served in incredibly meagre portions. The service was at best blase and I doubt value for money even entered their vocabulary! I was very, very dissapointed, and would not recommend anyone book a party at le Mercury, if indeed go at all!

Le Mercury is an absolute gem. It's the best restaurant I've been to in London for a very long time!

Le Mercury is fantastic value for London. All the starters are priced at £3.95, all Mains £5.95 and dessert £2.95. The choices are brilliant as well...for starters there are smoked chicken, mussels in white wine etc...for mains, Duck (my personal favourite), salmon, cod and a good selection of vegeterian food as well and as for Dessert, they have sticky toffee pudding, Creme Brule etc...

You just can't go wrong in here and its great for students too...wish I discovered this when I was studying!

The atomosphere in Le Mercury is romantic but fear not...you have tables of parties as well for those of you who think its just for couples. The staff are very friendly. On the whole a great value French restaurant...try it soon!!
