i loved the food here. i went with a colleague at lunch time. the service was fast and the food was fresh and tasty. i would go again.

Normally i wouldnt choose indian, when i go out, but it was my mates choice as it was his birthday.
We were welcomed in with a smile and promptly seated and are drinks were bought very efficiently.
The food was delish, some of us ordered 2nds!! I also took takeaway for the wife. It was that good! Service was efficient without being intrusive. Which was great as we were a little bit loud. Overall would give it a 5/5. And will defo go again, this time WITH the wife.

This restaurant is amazing!! Definately the best Indian/Bengali restaurant we've been to. The portions were fantastic, the staff were friendly and helpful and to add to it the prices were excellent. I honestly can't praise Lime enough, and I know this is somewhere we will always return to and recommend which is a first!! We got to the restaurant at about 10:30 and they close at 11:30 at no point did we feel rushed to finish our meals...the staff continued to offer their outstanding service!

Ive been here twice and I'm not that impressed.

Went for the set lunch on my first visit with a group of work colleagues and several people in the group felt the portions were small and had to order more food!

However the food was fresh and tasty. On my second visit the service was terrible and we had to request things several times as they kept forgetting or making mistakes.

We were in a large party but we had pre-booked weeks in advance so you would think they would be prepared.

The food was very slow to arrive, and a bit hit and miss. A few dishes were overcooked but as we waited so long we kept them! I wouldn't go out of my way to return.
