Had a very disappointing evening in early August at Malabar Junction. Every other visit I'd had was lovely but this week it was empty and atmosphere free. The service was incredibly slow considering there were only a few tables occupied, when normally it's buzzing and booking is advisable. The waiters hadn't a clue about anything. The food was poor. Worst of all I spent the night in the loo as I had acute food poisoning. It ruined a date I'd been anticipating so much and probably signalled the end of a potentially beautiful relationship!
