I went to Mantra in September and loved it. Considering it is in the heart of Soho the prices were really reasonable and the atmosphere is really intimate and friendly. All the dishes are really modern and the food we ordered was well presented with good portion sizes.

We were served by the couple who owned the restaurant, who were friendly and welcoming. Although I have not been back to Mantra I will definitely be visiting some time soon.

I can't give a good review of Mantra as the service was really bad. I was there in the summer and the staff have changed, one girl was really rude. I won't be visiting Mantra again, as it was really disappointing.

I went to Mantra on a Friday night. It was a lovely cosy atmosphere with friendly service. The Mantra food was amazing - and I'm not even a vegetarian. I would definitely go again.

The service was fabulous, they very willing to provide price reductions and charming, but that's as far as the good comments for Mantra go. The food was mixed. It claimed to be Indian, but was more fusion really. Chickpeas were good as was their special, forget the poppadums.

The air con dripped on my friend's head and the basement is very dark with an unusual air quality. I wouldn't go back to Mantra especially with so many great Indian restaurants in London.

I went to Mantra last night with a friend - we're both regular meat eaters but wanted to try something different for a change. We both loved it and left feeling absolutely stuffed and having only spent £15 each on a starter, 2 mains, an extra portion of chapati's and a bottle of wine to share!

The waitress and manager were really helpful too. I'd definitely go to Mantra again.

Great place, funky, cool, good food, fantastic service and very friendly staff who really go out of their way to make you feel welcome and well looked after. I've become a bit of a regular at Mantra, as I miss my mum's home cooked food, and Mantra really is as good... Hope my mum doesn't read this!!!

Mantra is a restaurant worth going to, the food was amazingly scrumptious, staff were very friendly and the service was outstanding. I will definitely be going to Mantra again!

Excellent veggie food at Mantra! The menu was really varied with excellent starters to share. I'd recommend Mantra to any veggie!
