Maroush II is a super cool Lebanese restaurant. It's the most amazing place I've been to - the food is just amazing.

We went for Sunday lunch, it was very busy downstairs in the bar area so we went upstairs to the restaurant, which was quieter but lacking in atmosphere. Something to note, if you are eating as a couple the tables are cramped and very close to other 'couple' diners - bigger groups get more space.


The menu was huge, with everything you would expect and reasonably priced. The waiters seemed harrassed even though it wasn't that busy, the obligatory salad and olives were slow to arrive but the food came quite quickly and was excellent, especially the Arayes - they did forget our falafel though!
I've been to a couple of other Maroush restaurants and this one is looking a bit tired. The staff seemed weary but the food was very good as usual.
