Very beautiful & cozy restaurant in very beautiful covent garden....

Ethnic yet modern with concepts of puppets on the ceilings with modern decor. The food was amazing and it has variety of veg n non-veg dishes both in starters and main. I loved their platters (its more like a set meal with variety of dishes) providing a very balanced and satisfying feel...

The staff approach is very friendly and casual... loved this place will go back very soon

I had been to Masala Zone few months ago and had high hopes of our return visit with our friends and colleagues. Sadly, I was very disappointed.

The cosy ambience is completely ruined by poor, thoughtless, bordering-on-rude service, distinctly average food, poor value for money and an uninspiring menu.

I was very shocked and I would never return or recommend as the rudeness from management was unbelievable. I have absolutely no idea what makes them as they are but they have the worst attitude of any restaurant I've ever been in.

The food was bland and clearly inexperienced in real Indian food which ruins the experience you expect from a cuisine restaurant.

This restaurant is amazing. My husband and I have been several times and always enjoyed the food. Never been disappointed yet. We had a party booking there 5/6/10 for 23 adults and 2 children and the staff were always at hand if we needed them. They served very quickly and everyone enjoyed the food. On of the guests came from India and she couldnt believe she was in London. "The food was just like home".

I love indian food but masala zone is strictly average in terms of service and food.

The plus point is the interior is interesting and seating and ambience nice.

I had better curries in my time so i wont rush back to masala zone.
