Absolutely superb !! This is really a lovely place, and already my favourite restaurant in the area. The decor is very elegant with contemporary feel.

The food is mouthwatering, and at a great value!! (and the 2 for 1 offer they had recently made it even better value).

Although I must have been there 4 or 5 times already - the cheerful and friendly service staff makes us feel as welcome as always.

I must also add that the manager is a real gentleman with a genuine and honest approach in making every diner feel comfortable.

I am soon going to celebrate my birthday party there (..cann't really wait).

Not so great, bit cold and the food not very good. Waiters trie their best but couldn't make up for this.

Manager aloof and walking around with no interest.

Went to Masala Zone last Thursday with a group of friends and had a great time.

Food was quick to arrive, all very tasty and with a wide choice of starters and main courses to suit all tastes.

Service was welcoming and efficient and ambience was relaxed and friendly.

Would highly recommend the Grand Thali as you get to try lots of different dishes, all delicious.

The sharing nature of the starters is also good for a group. Will definitely be returning in the near future!

Absolutely awful service. Possibly as they're new but still no excuse.

Despite placing an order for take-away half an hour before arriving it wasn't ready.

We had to wait and when the order finally arrived they had billed us incorrectly - despite giving them a 50% off coupon they charged us the full rate.

When we reminded them they got the coupon value taken off but had charged us restaurant prices as opposed to take away prices!?

Nice try. We then had to, you guessed, wait again for them to sort it out. When we finally paid and were about to leave the carrier bag broke!

We then *waited* for them to sort that out. And not a mention of even a tiny gesture like a complimentary poppadum! It's just the smallest gesture, it costs them probably 0.05p!?

Overall an hour+ of our lives we'll never get back!As for the food, well it was about a 5 on 10. Just lacking flavour.

Quite surprising as Masala Zone is usually at least an 8/10 for food.
