Extraordinarily bad service.



I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who expects to be given the food they ordered or who expects at least an attempt at good customer service.



The service was particularly slow despite the restaurant being very quiet.



We ordered two dishes, one of which was wrong. The manager on duty made no apology for this and was in fact very rude when I complained.

Med Kitchen gets a big thumbs up from me. If the weather hadn't been so darn English then I could have easily got lost in thinking I was in the Mediterranean somewhere.


The ambience was lovely and the smells eminating from the kitchen were sublime. I might wait till next summer and have my holiday in Med Kitchen. It's that good.
