Meson Bilbao has wonderful seafood, which is very fresh and very good value, plus candlelit tables, quiet Spanish music and attentive staff. There's also loads of tables downstairs if the ground floor ever gets full but it rarely does. I can't understand why it's so quiet. Perhaps its the area. I highly recommend Meson Bilbao.

Forget Las Tasca, forget doing it yourself at home with a tub of hoummous - Meson Bilbao is the best place in London for tapas. Pick from exotic treats that range from swordfish, squid and clams, to old classics like ham and cheese. Then wash down with Meson Bilbao's Spanish sherry. Ole!
