My meal at Mirabelle was over £300 including wine, port and aperitif. The skate was caramelised and should have come with winkles - caramelising skate cannot be recommended and this was very disappointing. The cheese selection was okay although we had to ask for more biscuits as there were only about six. Mirabelles decor is very tired and you can also expect to seat half your party on a low bench seat.


The worst thing was the service. We were left far too long waiting to be taken to our table, and on ordering one bottle of sparkling water we were inexplicably given two still bottles. The wine service ranged from me having to ask for more, to me picking up the bottle to pour my own and having it wrestled from my hand. Don’t bother with this restaurant.

We feel the need to express our thoughts regarding how an exceptional evening at The Mirabelle helped to make our weekend in London truly memorable.

The food at Mirabelle was absolutely superb and it was only surpassed by the service provided by the attentive staff. Their desire that we should enjoy the whole evening was totally genuine.

I visited Mirabelle last night and I had an awfully disappointing experience. I would agree with the previous reviewer on the fact that Mirabelle does not deserve its success.

The decoration and the ambience is poor, the staff do not appear trained as they have no product knowledge.

My friend and I were not been offered any apperitif, were not introduced to any of the dishes and were never asked whether we were satisfied.

I would not recommend Mirabelle to anyone. The food is not excellent (however, the beef and the duck were amazing), the service is appalling and the ambience is non-existent.

Mirabelle has the most arrogant service I have ever encountered. Mirabelle is not an experience I wish anybody to live with. They do not deserve their success.
