Please avoid at all costs. Treated rudely for no reason. Manager could not "manage" the problem. Only the kind French woman tried to help but could not save the place for us. Beware of ill treatment It's such a shame when it looked so good from the outside...

Nags Head is an expensive and unspectacular pub. It's not awful, but if you must drink in the West End, then you might as well go elsewhere.

For what you get The Nags Head is not bad at all. The food menu was quite standard - the food on offer being filled baguettes, salads and bar snacks. However, the decor is grandiose, really something that must be seen with period features abounding. Not too sure about the ladies toilets though...a little grubby.
You get what you pay for at the Nag's Head and it is IN Covent Garden - value for money!

The Nags Head looked nice and the clientele were a good mix of people. However the bar staff are generally rude which makes the experience of visiting this pub unpleasant.
I will not be returning again.

I completely agree! On top of this, I wasn't given my change and accused of taking it and saying I haven't! You go to a pub to have a drink and have a good time and not to be treated rudely. Avoid at all costs!

Nag's Head lacks adequate seating but other than that it was fine. We popped in for a pint and a sandwich and found the food to be good and the staff courteous. The customers at the Nag's Head seemed to be a mix of both tourists and locals, and the pub must have Covent Garden's cleanest loos!
