Solid Thai restaurant with a decent menu and reasonable prices. Service is good and as the night wore on you could see it was popular as reservation began to fill up around 8pm...

The food itself is standard Thai restaurant stuff, nothing spectacular (especially as I’ve been Thailand myself to experience meals being served up from street vendors) but none the less it does the job!
Location is close to Royal Victoria DLR stop too (just a 5 minute walk across the waterfront)

If you go at night try to get a spot near the windows as you get a nice view of the city over the docks.

Nakhon Thai Waterfront is another overpriced Chinese restaurant claiming to cook authentic Thai cuisine. It's Chinese Thai not authentic Thai. Anyone that has been to Thailand and loves real Thai food will be disappointed. They didn't even have sticky rice. The vodka was a single shot of cheap vodka at the price of a double. I wasn't even asked if the meal was to my satisfaction. I can't abide restaurants that add a 12 per cent service charge. I prefer to tip to my satisfaction.

Nakhon Thai on the Waterfront is a divine place in which to eat - the views are amazing and I can't wait to go back in the summer. I envisage many a balmy evening spent there!


The food is just as good too, with very authentic Thai dishes being cooked to perfection. Nakhon Thai really is a treat.
