What a find! Truly wonderful restaurant. Family orientated, food delicious, wonderful selection of starters and main courses. Highly recommend the Lobster Spagetti and Fresh Doversole. The daughter of the owner is very attentive, very friendly and was fantastic with our children. Infact the whole family is lovely. As a mother its hard to find a place to relax with your children but the restaurant is so family orientated we feel at home. The restaurant looks expensive but it is very reasonable. Children menu £4.45 cannot argue with that for freshly prepared food. Whenever we go its always busy and been around for years and rightly so! We love you Nelitos.

Always a pleasure - I have been to Nelitos on various occasions and have never been disappointed. I would highly reccomend this family run italian restaurant. you get good value quality food with a wide variety of choices. I can't speak highly enough of the staff, I've always received exceptional service and really enjoy dining there.

I was recommended this restaurant by my daughters mother-in-law and have been there on several ocassions. It so rare to find a restaurant where u feel that u are being paid attension to, where the quality of the food is to an exceptional standard and at a reasonable price. I have taken my children there during the week and on a sunday and they love it.The childrens menu for freshly cooked food(£4.25). Most of the time we have A La Carte but the set menu is always an option and very good.
A recommend listening out for the specials.....Spagetti Lobster & Monkfish is beautifully cooked, my husband loves the fillet steaks, mussels and only eats them here for some reason. It is owned by a wonderful family, and u always feel so welcome, the staff attentive yet not over bearing.
This year I had my xmas work party at Nelitos and everyone complimented on the venue choice.........and they loved the disco in the end.
The perfect place to go even to satisfy the most demanding gourmet without taking out a mortage. (always busy and rightly so!!)

I decided to choose nelitos for Mothers Day because it was recommended to me by one of friends.My mother is very elderly and rarely goes out so this was a real treat for her. As soon as we arrived the daughter of the owner came and helped assist with my mother and she was very courteous as well as other the waiters. The restaurant was absolutely packed and i was so surprised by the level of service the waiters even had time to make us laugh which made us feel very welcome. The set menu had a wide choice of starters and main courses. The food was cooked to perfection my mother is a fussy eater but she ate everything including dessert. My whole family was so impressed and have gone back twice this week. Ideal venue for family gatherings. Highly recommended. Exceptional Food and Quality (and not expensive) and People are lovely especially the daughter.?

Xmas Party 2009! Success
This year i was designated to sort out the xmas party.(stressful) because there is always one or two who are fussy and complain about something. This year i decided to choose Nelitos, Enfield. I was a bit nervous because i had never been there before but a friend recommended it to me. The food was perfect in terms of organisation and taste. The restaurant was packed and there was always a waiter making sure we had everything we needed.The service was impressive. The owner of the restaurant dressed up as santa,giving out xmas crackers,and getting everyone to sing along with xmas music.When we finished our meal the disco lights were on and everyone was up dancing to abba 'dancing queen.' Alot of fun.For once nobody complained about the xmas party instead everyone complimented me on the choice. Very Happy!

Ten of us went to nelitos for our work christmas do and what an amazing night and really inexpensive . We all had a dance which was fantastic and really finished off the night. The staff were really welcoming and helpful. We will definitely go again.

Thoroughly enjoyed this experience.

Extremely friendly staff and a great atmosphere. Stayed dancing to the early hours of the morning.

Food good but the service - if you have the 'gall' to ask for the set menu, rather than the a la carte - becomes very poor!

Have been for several special meals, and it's been great, but twice visited on week nights with friends, asked for the set menu and been made to feel like 2nd class citizens.

Service charge added, as in most Italian, but any change is never brought back.Will go elsewhere for mid week meals in the future

The first time I went to nelitos was in December for a christmas party,the restaurant was tastly decorated with christmas lights, on arrival the owner greeted me and took me to my table.I was pleasantly surprised how fast the service was as the restaurant was full. My food was cooked to perfection and on my table of 16 nobody complained.The evening was full of entertainment, christmas crackers were given out, someone dressed up as Santa and music and dancing went on to early hours of the morning. Since that day i regularly visit nelitos with my partner and friends, the atmosphere is always warm and friendly, the food outstanding, everything reasonably priced and the service excellent and the best part about it is that the restaurant is family run and extremely children friendly. This restaurant is a rare find.

fabulous evening with my girlfriend, outstanding food and service. staff were very attentive. portions huge and tasty. it was an elvis night so very entertaining too. will return what a find!!

I went to Nelitos on Valentines Day. We arrived to be told very bluntly that we were lare, which we were not. We got to our table and was told that we had one hour before the next sitting to eat and go. I infirmed the waiter that I was not nformed of the 2 sittings and that I would not be leaving in an hour. A menu was thrown at us, a photocopied menu with Valentines 2006 printed on the front. Other people had the 2007 version. There were no prices on the menu and when I wasked the waiter he told me it was a set price of £32, which we later discovered later on was greatly over priced for the food we received. Every main course had the same vegetables, which were hardly warm and the sweet was frozen. Both our able and the table around us had a bottle of water added to the bill (£3) which we did not have, hoping we would not notice. The table next to us left their table about 8pm and the lady proseeded to take one of the helium heart balloons which were attached to her chair. The manager came rushing over and very rudely told her in no uncertain terms that she WOULD not be taking the balloon. All the women were given a red rose on leaving, which ooked like it had been bought the previous week. Over all the food was basic and the service was terrible
