Worst service ever! The guy (apparently) working at 3.30pm on 28th March actually walked past me in the near empty cafe and said "Hey your coffee's getting cold on the counter - I called you" and with that he walked off. No sense that part of his job is service! Will be telling everyone I know in advertising in the area - there are better places who care more about their customers... A shame because the decor and range of food was appealing... Bad staff loses customers - simples

I just love the name Nincomsoup. It is the coolest name for a restaurant EVER.
Pity the food at Nincomsoup isn’t that great. Oh well…

I disagree, I've been going to Nincomsoup for almost 3 years now, I've tasted most of their soups I thought I'd died and gone to heaven when I tasted their sweet potato chicken.

Service is a bit slow and erratic sometimes but Nincomsoup is still my favourite place for a quick bite.
