I absolutely love this place.
Good points: Food is delicious. Mixed meat (Roast duck, BBQ chicken) is amazing. All Halal. Starters are excellent.
Bad points: Food is sometimes a little cold. Service isn't the best. Tables and atmosphere a bit like a canteen (metal tables). It's not a posh or romantic place if that's what you're looking for.
Also, note, the food comes in random orders - not starters first. But I like that. Kinda fun.
I recommend the stir fried hand pulled noodles without the soup - the dry one. Ah - it's beautiful. Unlike any other Chinese I've been to.
Seriously, the food at this place is good and it makes up for the "bad points" in my view.
(The lemon chicken isn't nice).
Thanks to my bro-in-law for introducing this one to me - he drives down from Newcastle thinking about this place! I drive up from Kent thinking about this place!
I go all the time. I usually get a noodle soup as they have hand-pulled noodles and the soup is comforting. I get the duck or beef stew noodle soups. I never had bad service. Sure, they forgot an item once, but luckily I never had an experience as bad as the other reviewers. Students sometimes get a discount. The waitresses recognize my husband and I and they are quite nice to us. One time we got take out and they forgot part of the order. We went back and they were apologetic.
i had nice meal in noodle oodle .the food is fresh and very delicious as well it is tasty . my favourite dish was roast Duck and chicken wings and best offered dim sum prepered infront of you .MOHAMED ALI SULTAN
We visited today (16/4/2011) I'll echo that!Rude staff, my chicken was raw I asked to change it... in reply I got reply from Manager and then waiter that "it is not our problem!" I asked to removed that from bill... same rude reply "it's not my problem, you have to pay for it" Shouting, in rush.... dirty... What a waste if time and hard earning money!Warning to others DO NOT VISIT THAT RUBBISH/RUDE RESTAURANT!!! I think first review is fake...
Best Chinese Food I've ever had. Unlike any other Chinese Restaurant. And it's halaal... my brother-in-law introduced me to it.
But he'd bigged it up so much I thought I was definitely going to be disappointed by my high expectations - but the food was amazing.
I especially recommend the garlic lamb dish and the BBQ Duck.
Absolutely delicious.

Had lunch there previously and although service was never great this weekend they took level of service to an all time low...rude, unhelpful staff who spent the entire time we were there chatting amongst themselves and clattering dishes so loud that I had a head ache when we left. My friend was so disgusted with their service he asked for a feed back form and was laughed at. No manager available, no feedback form, no website....attitude was 'what you gonna do about it?'
Well we won't be visiting again.
