The customer service is atrocious. We ordered food on their website and it was confirmed via email as was the payment being taken so we waited patiently for it to arrive. When over an hour passed we got suspicious so phoned and were told they don't deliver to us in E9, even though we're well within the '3 mile radius' they claim they cover. So instead of rejecting the order online, or even calling us to say they could not deliver, they did nothing and took payment off us!!! When we eventually got to speak to the manager MING (the not very merciless) and expressed our outrage (because at this point we were apoplectic) he told us we were arrogant and ignorant!!! Unbelievable. So not only are they making false claims on their website, they also think it ok to steal money. I'm still waiting for confirmation that my money has been refunded. A disgraceful way to treat genuine customers.
What a treasure of a place just outside of Canary Wharf!
I came here recently after numerous recommendations from friends and I am definitely glad I came. I came with a group of friends, so we ordered several starters to share. Everything I tried was delicious and tasted authentic. My personal favourites were the Shanghai Buns, Salt & Pepper Tofu, and the Spicy Fishcakes.
The staff were attentive, without being intrusive, and very helpful throughout my experience. I would definitely come again.
Went here last wednesday and must say I was very impressed. The staff were all friendly and attentive to our table and the food was great value for money.
I would recommend the Shanghai Buns as they were one of the yummiest things I have eaten in a long time and the spring rolls were delicious as well.

I never usually write reviews but I was so impressed by the quality of the food, service and ambience that I have been back three times already only having discovered Noodle Street last week!
I have dined in the restaurant and bought take-away dinner and Noodle Street has not failed to live up to my expectations!
Noodle Street comes highly recommended (and I am usually very, very critical when it comes to eateries)!!
I had diner yesterday evening in Noodle Street. I was truly amazed by the ambience, food and service. I can really recommend this restaurant and will certainly return.
Got a takeaway, enjoyed it to the max, went for Dinner with kids and cos. perfect again, took my dad and my kids they again, perfect food,service and atmosphere best Mothers day had in here Enjoyed to the max. xxxxx Ann Gurley.

This place is a truely amazing venue, the food they serve is of exceptional quality and tasteful, and the service also matches its food. I have visited Noodle Street as much as possible during their 25% off promotional period, taking my friends and family. I have never come across such a unique Chinese restaurant. The decor is elegant and neutral, perfect for all ocassions.
I am very tough with recommending food, but Noodle Street has definitely scored highly.
