An absolutely superb venue for a meal. We had the 8 course taster menu and loved every single dish. Some quirky, some intriguing but all delicious. The service was superb with the attentive head waiter explaining each course to us, being friendly and chatty but not intrusive. When the pre-desert went down so well we were even offered a second helping! Not at all pretentious despite the standard and well worth a visit.
just come back from a lovely evening at one blenheim terrace. Food excellent, service fantastic, manager and waiter very attentive. Not cheap but will definitely be returning.
I went to One Blenheim Terrace on Saturday and had a lovely evening. The restaurant was full and very lively. Even though the restaurant was full the staff were very friendly and attentive and took their time to explain the menu and help with our choice of wine. The food was superb! The chef even sent out a few little extras for us to sample. We had a thoroughly enjoyable evening and cant wait to go back again soon and sample some more of the dishes on the menu!
Absolutely superb food, and friendly service in this lovely restaurant - definitely worth visiting again... and again
I booked this place for myself and husband for Saturday night. The food was an experience, well presented and very creative. Portions are not the biggest but this is to be expected at a "fancy restaurant".
Menu was small but just right, a good overall selection of starters, main and desert.
The chef also sent out a few samples of delicious extras for us to sample. These also tasted amazing. The restaurant is nicely decorated. On the down side, on arrival the host seated us at the wrong table before moving us when she realised. Our main appeared without any sides, we had to call over the waiter after a few minutes, he went away came back and told us the sides would be out in a few minutes.
Meanwhile our main course sat in front of us going cold. Our tea & coffee appeared before our desert instead of together which was what we told the waiter when he asked us if we wanted our hot drinks before, with or after desert. Yes these are small things but when you are paying over £20 a main and a service charge do not expect these small issues to arise. I seems as if they are lacking a restaurant manager to run the floor, the staff are not communicating which could be the reason for the blips in service. I will be going back as the food was brilliant, if the service improves then this place would get a 10 out of 10.
WoW!
Classic English food with a twist - I had liver and onions for my main course.
A herby crusted liver with some intermittent spicing, surrounded by 10 little onions, alternating between a caramelised sweet pickled onion (wow, that is a surprise!) and something a bit like a mini onion bhaji (but lighter and tastier).
A 'cucumber sandwich' for dessert that had a palate cleansing cucumber and ginger sorbet to die for.
Will have to take the wife next time.

We had such a lovely evening at One Blenheim Terrace, the food is absolutely superb and the service was fantastic. Would recommend this restaurant and we will definitely be back!
I visited this restaurant last week. The food was superb, beautifully presented and innovative. The restaurant itself is stylish and inviting. The staff are friendly and efficient. I will definitely go again. Well worth a visit.
Top notch food, creative menu, great atmosphere and lovely surroundings - exactly what St John's Wood has been crying out for. Worth every penny.
Wasn't sure about the menu at first but was pleasantly surprised with the food, top quality, well presented and well balanced.
Top end price wise but will certainly return soon.
Amazing food. Lovely warm atmosphere and good value. Would highly recommend,
