This is the worst place I have ever eaten in London. Don't come here, it's money down the drain. They can't even do a baked potato with tuna, what I got was a lumpy, cold, tasteless potato, with dry tuna flakes and a tired salad. The staff did not understand what 'butter' was, and finally when it was understood, it took a while to arrive and so sat in an unmelted state on my potato.

Needless to say, never again!

This place is a rip off and should be closed down. I have never been charged a 25% service charge anywhere else in the world.

Wow, terrible staff. Unknowledgeable and nasty. The manager who was running the cash register told me that I needed to order more in order to use my American Express. So I added to my order what was possibly the worst cappuccino I ever had. The manager apparently did not know that the restaurant did not take American Express and after several minutes of trying to run it through, said I needed to pay cash. Then she started lecturing me on using my credit card in London (by the way, no problems with any other place). When I said it wasn't my fault, she rolled her eyes, told me to leave and said "there's the door, leave!" I am still shocked.
