I was very disappointed when i visited the restaurant on the night of Saturday the third of October 09 with my colleagues.

The standards have fallen very drastically firstly as we entered the restaurant two staff member were having a disagreement and we had to wait about fifteen minutes before we were attended to and another five before being ushered to a table which she had to clean first because they were all dirty.

Whilst waiting i went to use the ladies rest room which was a shock to my system,it reeked of urine and was littered with toilet tissue i guess because the bin did not work.

We ordered our drink and food which was very tasty thanks to the chef, but the ladies working the lobby that night were very unprofesssional and rude,imagine my friend did not finish eating all of her pizza so she requested a box to take away the remainder,

when the lady brought the box over it fell from her hand and she then took it off the floor and was about to put the pizza in, we had to remind her that the box fell and for health and safety she needs to change it and give us another, she said the box was fine that it was not dirty my friend then declined and left the remainder of her pizza on the table.

maybe they were tired and wanted to go home but you do not treat customer like that it is not right. I guess i wont be going there next time even though the food is good customer service also counts. Very disappointed not like how it use to be.

Pizza Hut is by far better than McDonalds, Burger King. I love pizza, yum!
