Changing owners one month left to enjoy! Especially the Hot sake

Stopped by this place on a recommendation, especially like the tempura, and Sake, great service, even had a chat with the owner, she was very nice and gracious, we even managed to buy a couple of bottles of Sake at the end of the night

Ignore the other user review, this is excellent value for your money, I drop by here on a recommendation as my usual Japanese restaurant was close for the Xmas - NYE period. At first i wasn't blown away by the laminated menu, but spotted the hot sake, and order that initially and let my Japanese wife order the rest. The sake was very good quality and about 30% cheaper than any other Japanese restaurants i had been in, as was the food that followed. This place is going in the my good books!
