After being seduced by the quirky name of The Pumblechook Cafe, I was expecting an equally enticing level of service within but the miserable staff seemed incapable of even forcing a smile. I don’t usually like to voice my complaints but the food was very good indeed and just a shame it was let down horribly by such lazy, disinterested service.


In my opinion, The Pumblechook Cafe should stick to delivery only, in order that customers have minimal contact with the contemptible staff.
