Good food and good service, great for a quick takeaway or lunch/dinner with mates. I'll come back here again. Other comments about poor service are nonsense, I work 5 mins from here and regularly come here and have never had problems. The sheesh kebabs in particular are great.
The food was great. I loved the kebabs and naan and the chutney was amazing. The decor was shabby but will go back as the food was amazing
the sheek kebabs and lamb tikka are ok, the rest of the food is poor, customer service is non existent, informed the owner the food was not acceptable, the specials chicken masala and nihari were watered down and had no flavour, the owner was in denial and was offended. Customer is always right- owner never heard of it, told him i would not visit this establishment again, party of 6 at the door heard the conversation and promptly left. the place needs a complete refurb as well as a proper CHEF, there is dust hanging off the air conditioning unit. i would give it no stars but 1 is the minimum. my co.leagues were equally dismissive,
arguably the very best indian restaurant in london. i have tried many indian restaurants but this is by far the best. definitely London's best kept secret!
the food is incredibly delicious. i would advise the lamb curry, kebabs and chicken tikkas as they serve the very best quality. the food is reasonably priced and definately worth every penny.
although the decor could be improved slightly, the food more than makes up for it.
100% recommended - go out and see for yourself!
One word: Awesome! One of the best Indian restaurants out there.
The starters (kebabs, chicken tikka, tandoori chicken and mutton tikka) are delicious. They are freshly prepared on an charcoal grill in front of of the venue.
Food is really good. Honest and jummy curries (try the Balti Gosh or the Kebap massala) and perfect naan. I can really recommend it, it's an insider tip!
Ok, the setting is quite basic, without the glamour you might want to have for a first date. But the price is superb and you'll get a three course menu with a lassi for less than 15 pounds.
Service is great, you always get a smile. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!
[One thing to be noticed: they do not serve any alcohol]
The food at Raavi Kebab wasn't too bad but the service left rather a lot to be desired. Don't think I'll bother eating in at Raavi Kebab again - it's OK for take aways though.
