Raffles is arguably the most prestigious and loved members club in London. Based on the Kings Road, Raffles is named after the 19th century colonial mogul Sir Thomas Stamford Raffles. The notorious members club began its glamorous history in 1967 re-opening under new ownership and management in May 2007.
The main area of the club, designed by Tara Bernerd of Target Living, consists of richly upholstered seating and mirror topped tables, surrounding an under-lit dance floor and a fully equipped adjacent bar. Upstairs, a decadent private room with its own bar, karaoke machine, plasma screens and private bathrooms is used to hold VIP parties and special events. The club has one of the Borough’s latest liquor licenses, allowing guests to enjoy the venue until 5.30am.
At Raffles we aim to provide a bespoke service for each and every event, with both the main area of the club and the upstairs room for private hire.
The team at Raffles can advise you on all aspects of your event from catering and entertainment to live music and dressing. They are on hand to help, from creation to implementation, be it the simplest of events to the most complex and crazy, they can cater for your needs.
Raffles interior has been crafted using the most luxurious of materials, providing a sumptuous environment for your event. With a focus on high standards of service, the club has also earned a deserved reputation of delivering a truly personal touch.
Raffles has an extensive and delicious in house canapé menu and can cater for a wide variety of events. There is a kitchen on-site but if you would prefer to use your own caterers the club is happy to accommodate them.
The range of drinks options is extensive. The Bar team at Raffles have a wealth of knowledge and take great pride in their cocktails and the broad variety of drinks on offer.
