I have never been treated so badly, and had such bad service by a take away pizza place in all my life. I had been a good client to Red Planet for about a year and after my food arrived stone cold after a 2 hour wait for the 3rd time I told the delivery guy to take the food away. The delivery guy refused to give me his name as he would get in trouble if I reported that he agreed that the food was cold. The delivery guy refused to take the food away and said that I didn't have to pay, although I had already paid by card. I then phoned the branch to complain and they made up lies and excuses why they could not get there on time, why they could not phone me to say that they were late. They then said that they could not refund me because I paid by card. They said that only the owner could do it. The owner, then called me at 1:30am, and began to shout and swear at me and lie to me about what happened. In the end he promised that it would take 3 days to refund. After 2 and a half weeks nothing had happened. I phoned in again and they said that the owner would call me back. I never got the call. I then called back after 3 weeks only to be told lies again and that they had contacted my bank and that it was up to me to get my money back from them. After I had caught him out lying he then went back to shouting and accusing me of not wanting to return the Pizza's and making no sense. I will never order from their franchise again and I am disgusted in the way I have been treated.

I have never before had a pizza place ring me and have a go at me.... Until today.

Apparently it was our fault that the delivery man couldn't find our property (even though putting my postcode into any one of numberous websites gives a perfectly good location match).

Ten minutes later and they have the audacity to ring back and ask if we still want the pizza (after they had had a go at me!).Shocking service. Look elsewhere.
