The restaurant has lovely decor, however the staff were unwelcoming and we felt uncomfortable dining their straight away. The staff appeared to be friendly with other customers, however were very cold towards us. We wondered whether this was because we were a young couple as they seemed very judgemental. The main courses were bland and the desserts were awful. After our bad experience we did not even have the choice to not tip as a servce charge was added to our bill without warning. For a meal that came to nearly £50 we left hungry and dissapointed.
Hi Just want to say to the manager and staff of this fine restaurant for making my daughters 18th birthday party a fantastic success. The food and service was excellant, and so reasonably priced. All finished off with a courtesy aperitif. Thank you , Thank you so much to the Renezio!!

everything is top notch, service is very good considering the restaurant was packed, the food was delicious and everything was top standards truly a place to visit not to mention the decoration makes you stay for longer as you look on at all the famous faces on the wall

i think the food was simply outstanding.. i have been to italy many times and the food at renezios was better than most i've tried. the best restaurant in the U.K. although westfield has many restaurants, renezio still tops all of them off. my favourite restaurant
The restaurant is well organised and i tend to visit this place regularly. The service is great, i was able to ask the waitress whether certain dishes were suitable for my health. The staff were able to comment well on what would be appropriate. A very satisfying place to be in.
I was at Renezios last night with a bunch of friends, the food there was exceptional combined with the warm atmosphere. I could'nt resist leaving the place due to the cosy surroundings. On top of that, the staff were very friendly and responsive. I recommend going there, its well worth the visit. I will definitely revisit the place.
Awful, awful experience here last night. A large group arrived shortly after we did and although we'd already ordered our food apparently ours got held up behind their massive pizza order. The staff didn't explain the delay at all and when we complained after 40 minutes the woman who runs it was extremely rude to us. She actually told us the food would come soon, walked away to help someone else and then came BACK to have a go at us - yelling about how busy they were and it wasn't their fault it was taking so long! All for politely asking what the delay was!
When the food arrived it was mediocre at best. I've had much, much better pizza elsewhere.
To top it off, they had the cheek to add service charge to the bill - pay for being yelled at by the manageress? I don't think so.

The Renezio had excellent food and staff. A family owned restaurant with a great atmosphere, Renezio is great for both romantic dinners and parties. The pictures on the wall were like something out of an art deco 1950's movie flick.
Only eaten in at Renezio once, we normally get take aways. The food is tasty Italian fare that's not too pricey, and I've yet to have a bad dish from Renezio!
