Good food, but really poor service...Brazilian Rodizio is based on variety of meat served on table, we haven’t been offered a good variety, and we found a hair in the food and theirs hot cheese cakes were frozen in the middle.When complained about hair, the Waitrose ignored us and after few minutes came back very rude asking where is the hair, as it was gone and we didn't have a prove, she ignored us again, as to say we were liars. About cakes, they did bring another lot also frozen in the middle, the third lot was hot.When leaving we asked to the manager (there is a say: if you had bad experience please tell us, if good please tell to your friends) so we asked if she doesn't mind a feedback. She looked please to know that we were going to leave a feedback, then after tell her about a bad experience that we had and how disappointed we were, she said that it was our faulty because we should asked for more variety of meats (we didn't know it) and we had the privilege to have the cakes served to us, because it was not an usual routine.???????? Should we have frozen them????? About the hair we couldn't prove it?????? We showed the Waitrose and she ignored us...Not good atmosphere and a man well dressed, looking as a manager was playing with the food in the tray. My husband thought that it was very weird. We could understand what he was doing…Any way, we celebrate our wedding anniversary there every year and next year we are going to another steakhouse.We don’t recommend for the experience and value for money.2 guarana, 1 dessert, 2 meals and a coffee £60

Went there on Saturday. The first and last time. The whole atmosphere was completely chaotic. Lots of waiters wandering around with meat on skewers and loads of people gathered around a self service area. The food was poor-though lots of it. If you value quantity over quality this is probably the place to go, otherwise stay away! The meat served was tough, cold and tasteless. Apparently this is a popular restaurant as it was very crowded. Also it is very expensive for what we had. £79 for 3 plates of cold meat and 3 glasses of wine. Bring an appetite!I have been a few times, and every time I have enjoyed my meal and left with a FULL stomach.

Generous salad bar (ok maybe for the women) but some serious meat delivered around your table.

Cooked lovely and waiters with a general good humour about just how much meat a person can eat in one sitting!

Seriously impressed with Rodizio Rico. They offer excellent value for money (you can go to the salad bar as many times as you want!) and the staff were really friendly and attentive.

Will definitely be going back to Rodizio Rico soon.
