Good reasonably priced Persian restaurant. Food very good, décor modern, toilets OK, service fine.

Mazeh deal works out cheap - 3 starters for about £7. Get the bread to go with it. Also recommended is the Ghormeh Sabzi, a very traditional Persian dish with spinach, lamb, beans and rice.

Better than most Indian restaurants (service less wooden) although food is somewhat similar, but not usually so spicy.

We went there for iranian new year last night.

The food was good although a bit dry but the
service was exceptionally unfriendly, ignorant, slow and unprofessional.

If you are looking for a pleasant athmosphere I would suggest you go somewhere else.

I was really disappointed with this restaurant. The ambiance is dark and depressing as it is located below ground level.

The restaurant was practically empty but the server insisted that I take a seat that was jammed under the staircase.

While I was there, a group of 6 people arrived. The owner of the restaurant went over to a woman who was sitting by herself and asked her to move to another table to accommodate the new arrivals.

She said that she would rather not and the owner reacted so rudely that she left the restaurant.I almost got up and left as the behavior was extremely inappropriate.

But I was running late and needed to eat before my meeting.The food was mediocre at best. The side dish was was served in an extremely small container which would normally be used to serve ketchup or mustard.

I had a chicken, rice and tomato dish. The chicken was not tender and the tomato was still cold. It was supposed to be a grilled tomato.I definitely do not recommend this restaurant.

Simply the best Persian food we've had in the UK. We left West Kensington with remorse for leaving our favouriate Persian restaurants. But this gem is better than any of the ones in town. After years of our custom, we're finding its getting a bit pricey, but the quality of the food and cooking is always outstanding.
