Saigon Lounge provided us with a delicious night in Wandworth. We ate the following: fresh spring rolls and fried spring rolls, pancake (the yellow one), papaya salad, duck with pancakes, clay pot fish, fried tilapia fish, grilled pork, sizzling sirloin beef with lemongrass, beef in betel leaves (on the skewer), tamarind chicken, morning glory (green veg), rice, desserts - one with red bean and the other was like rice balls with mung bean, both warm with coconut milk.

I'd have to say the tilapia was my favourite. A light white fish in a delicious mild sauce. Another highlight at Saigon Lounge was the pancake and the papaya salad.

Saigon Lounge is worth the trip to Wandsworth! I had a very yummy meal at Saigon Lounge with friends for a birthday party.

We actually booked an upstairs table and followed up a tasty meal of half duck, grilled fish, delicious desserts (mung bean pudding, yum!) with a round of singing! The biggest (and nicest) suprise was the bill. Hours of fun, food and drinks for just over a tenner each!

Saigon Lounge is a welcome addition to the Wandsworth Town bar and restaurant scene. Situated on Wandsworth High St, it is easily accessible by train or bus and a great place to pop in to for lunch if you work in the area or if you fancy dinner or drinks in the evening.

The new owners of Saigon Lounge are building up the food side of the business and turning what was traditionally a large pub, into a much more upmarket bar/restaurant serving excellent Vietnamese and pan-Asian cuisine.

We had a range of dishes when we visited in the evening and they were all cooked to perfection. Tangy prawns, fresh catfish, fluffy white rice, wondrous vegetable dishes and probably the best spring rolls I have ever tasted. Service is happy, smiley and very efficient.

Fab food at Saigon Lounge. I'm very keen on the Asian side of things and the chilli prawns were great. I think Saigon Lounge is a very nice venue that deserves a little more love and attention, because lets's face it, Wandsworth is not the Strand. Nice food, shame about the location.
