After being initially impressed with the atmosphere and decor, i left disappointed. We waited over an hour for our starter (which was only kebabs), then the mains came straight after. It was as if we had been forgotten somewhat. The food was ok but not outstanding, I have had much much better in terms of service and quality of food. Probably give it a miss.

Checked restaurant website for menu n pics. Looked nice. Main meals were nice and okay size. Price was average for meals. Starters should be avided - we ordered chicken tikka and paneer - 4 pieces came with salad for each - expensive for £4 each. Mains were very nice - chicken tikka sag, veg massala, lamb bhunna, butter chicken and vag dansak. Expensive overall but gd for mains.l

The food was ok, but the service was not too good. Food was slow and it wasn't too busy.
I feel disappointed as I've been there twice, and both times it was not a good experience.

I have been to the Sheesh Mahal Tandoori restaurant with my girlfriend and we had a great dinner. The food was excellent and of very high quality. The atmosphere is very nice and the staff is very friendly and nice. We definitely will go to Sheesh Mahal Tandoori again.

We normally get take away from Sheesh Mahal Tandoori Restaurant as it gets pretty busy in there. The food is really good and you get a lot for your money.

All the dishes from Sheesh Mahal Tandoori taste homemade and the onion bhajis are amazing!
