Hello,We had Thai food from here quite few times and really enjoyed. However, yesterday we decided to order it to be delivered to our house. I called, order all the items and then double checked the order twice (as i kinw how the waitress have difficulties while speaking English). Total bill £14.7. Once the driver arrived my boyfriend gave him £16 and got the bag. Thirty seconds later the driver rings the bell again saying it was £13.30 and we gave him too much (we found a bit weird as the lady on the phone said £14.7). Anyway, we open the bag and realised they send us a wrong dish (that was the reason why it was cheaper than what she has told us). The worst is to come... I called back and spoke with the lady that served me and she said I did not order that and I was a liar and then she rang up on me!! Yes!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, It is ok to make a mistake we would be fine but just do not call customers liars....We called back and ask to speak with the supervisor...after 5 minutes discusting the matter (everything we could understand was Pad thai...chicken... and other words that we could not understand) the supervisor start speaking with me: she was very direct asking if I had any of the wrong dish because of i did she could not replace it. Furthermore, She said that I had to pay £1.40 difference! and that it would take another 2 hours!! Just the WORST customer service ever! Will not be coming here again. Ahh, the delivery guy was very kind at least

This is a god send, it is a truly unique canteen style Thai restaurant that will hopefully be here for a while. It is perfect to grap take out on a friday! Yummy food and good service!!!
