Having been recommended Strada and read the excellent reviews, I was very disappointed at the overall quality of the food and level of service provided here. We were disappointed at the quality of the starters in relation to the price. The staff were not as friendly and efficient as we had been led to believe and did not merit the 12.5 percent service charge that was added to the bill.


Although this said optional charge, it did not feel optional, so we begrudingly paid it. We believe that there are better places to dine out than Strada in terms of quality of food, value for money and friendly, profesional service.

I really love the ambience at Strada, not to mention the fantastic pizzas! If you want some good food in a nice setting then Strada's a good bet.

Strada is amazing. It's what so many Italian chains want to be but can't help ending up like boring rent-a-restaurants. the wood-fired pizzas are famed - lovely are crispy with lots of different toppings.
Pizza Express could do to take a long hard look at what Strada are doing and pull their socks up accordingly.
