Have been here several times in the good weather and enjoyed sitting outside for lunch. The pasta is always fresh and good quality, and there are always a few specials on the menu to keep you interested. On our last visit though the waiter had to spoil it by throwing a plate of 10p/20p coins at us as change (about £7 worth!) without even so much as a "sorry we dont have any other change". We complained to the manager who got us a five pound note and 2 coins, so they did not even need to do it in the first place. If he was hoping we would just leave it all as a tip, it backfired, as we left nothing and even asked for the already added service charge to be removed.

My friends and I have come to this Strada several times after shopping in Oxford Street, and it has been a memorable experience everytime.



The food is excellent - try the pasta with rich gorgonzola sauce, delicious fish dishes or yummy traditional pizzas. The service at Strada is quick and the decor is great. And it is all good value too.

Strada gets pretty busy but trust me, the pizza (and the pasta actually) are worth the wait! A really vibrant, friendly place that does some good wine too.

Strada is one of my favourite places to catch up with friends.

I don't know why places like Strada bother with outdoor seating. This is London, not Venice, not Rome - London! All greasy chip wrappers and pigeon crap! As soon as the sun comes out though, you see people hanging out on Strada's shiny seats.
