We stayed at the Strand Palace on 3-5 December 2011 and visited the Strand Carvery on the Sunday after hearing very good things. I must say it completely lived up to its reputation. Excellent cuts of meat on offer, everything was fresh and hot, the portions were a good size and we were pleasantly surprised when the bill came!

Enjoyed a traditional English carvery but they have other options here. The meat was exceptional and not like other carveries that have a habit of piling food onto your plate like they were emptying it into a bin. Perfect for ending a day of West End shopping.
