This is the worst place that I have eaten in London. The salad was quite literally two pieces of iceberg lettuce and half a beef tomato, and the pasta was worse than the hard pasta you can boil at home in 15 minutes.
It took an hour for our food to arrive even though we were the only people in the restaurant. When it did get there it was cold.
The waitress was unbelievably rude; we asked if she minded keeping the parmesan on the table to which she replied "yes I do actually" and swept off.
They hadn't even kept the table clean.

I can honestly say that not one of the eight of us have been back there since, and neither would we. It's a shame as it's actually the closest restaurant to work!

The service was excellent, the waiters very friendly! The food outstanding. It is important though not to sit at the table next to the entrance door at Winter, this was extremely chilly and the lights at the entrance is too light to enjoy a dinner. Just one important disadvantage which may concern disabled people: there was no possibility for my friend to use the restroom because of his wheelchair. The cubicles are not adapted for disabled and also pretty narrow. Maybe the restaurant should consider adapting this! We will retutn to this restaurant, we are very satisfied.
