Rather than eat across the road at the pub -The Hill-we opted to be advernturous and given the good reviews we'd try this out for my birthday. Attractive restaurant but the food was very disappointing. Super strong lime flavoured 'stew lacking flavour other than overpowering lime taste. My main was the worst so I suggested sharing with the other six members of the party. All in all six main courses only one of which was vaguely palateable. Over priced and not very nice is the only way I can describe it. THE most disappointing restaurant experience of the last two years this left a bad taste in my mouth in more ways than one. If you must eat here try the kebabs because the rest (which we opted for) was almost meatless 'soupy' stew with a toilet cleaner intensity of lemon/lime.

Our family group of four went to this restaurant over the Christmas period. We were really impressed by the politeness of the staff and the cleanliness of the place. The interior design is quite modern but still manages to be atmospheric, so that is another plus. We had aubergine with eggs (Mirza Ghassemi) and stew with spinach and prunes (Khoresht-e Esfenaj-o Aloo). They were all delicious and the price was very reasonable. I would thoroughly recommend this restaurant.

First class restaurant.

Great cocktails, tasty starters and delicious stews ( Ghormeh Sabzi and Khoresh Bademjaan served with steamed rice and topped with saffron).

Very friendly service and nice and clean place.Will be back soon as wife can,t stay away from Aubergine stew!

What a great place! I am so happy to have such a decent restaurant close to me. They have home made bread which is the nicest I have had in London, They have good selection of hot and cold starters from which we had aasheh reshteh,masto moosir, eshkaneh & sabzi for £10.The home made yoghurt was lovely and the kebabs were so delicious especially as they were served with big portions of steamed rice with saffron on top!
Nicest food we had in months.
