We had a wowcher voucher for 4 people. The food was good as was the service. I would recommend this restaurant to friends.
Very bad! We bought a Wowcher for 4 people to have a 3-course meal. Nowhere in the voucher did it say that bread or rice were excluded, and at 3£ for a naan in such an ugly, small, smelling 'restaurant' is way too overpriced. The staff are not nice, once they know you have a deal from wowcher they treat you like second-class citizens. This place either needs a renovation, new staff and new chef, OR it needs to be shut down right away. We did not have a nice experience here and ended up payin more than the initial voucher deal itself. My advise: do NOT go here!
Bought a meal for 4 from Wowcher. You get 4starters, 4 mains, 4 side dishes and desert - Note: the mains are only half portions. Furthermore, the rice and Nan bread are not considered sides, therefore, you have to order separately also the amount of rice you get is shocking it is less than one small handful. The taste of the food is below average, also I seriously believe something was added to the food to make you feel full because we did not eat much and surprisingly everyone felt full – I had a friend who used to worked in such establishments and he told me about this trick that they would add to the dishes in order to make people feel full but I can’t remember what they put into the food – very suspicious.
This is not a place to go to for fine dining. It’s just your average local curry house. I definitely won’t be eating here again.
Very Poor/shocking! Brought a Meal for 4 from Voucher, presented with a Different (limited Items) Menu to Full paying Customers, severely restricted to what you can order. Service is poor 30 mins before even seen! Order was 1 main 1 side & 1 Desert told that the sides will have to be a "vegetarian" Dish only (as instructed by the Boss?) So ended with 4 Mains + 4 Veg Dishes as Rice & Naan is Not Considered as a "side". Naan Bread overly priced with drinks, on top of that items you were allowed to order from a "over Priced Mini Menu" incurred a 10% Charge? Even Rice & Naan which were already overpriced incurred a 10% Charge? So what I ended up paying (soft Drinks/sides + 10% Charge) equated to paying more than the Voucher itself! Save 74% the Voucher stated & this was not a 5 star place to say the least for that much of a savingmismatched plates & Cutlery a very poor service. Give it A miss the con is Definitly on in Tandoori Garden.
Visited tandoori garden with a large group of friends on a Friday evening and it was delightful. The staff was courteous, knew the food that they were selling and the service was impeccable. Each dish had a unique flavor unlike the run of the mild curry houses where everything tastes the same. The meat and seafood was cooked to perfection. My absolute Favorited is the "Lamb Biryani", a must try for all! The decor is minimalist with a lovely homely feel. It was a pleasure to dine here and was great value for money. Would definitely visit again and recommend to anyone.
It was amazing, after watching football match we went tandoori garden to eat Indian food. The foods was lovely and so delicious, everything was fresh and hot. Specially chicken e chanpuri, what was recommended by waiter. It was really nice, definitely i will go back their. As well as recommend my friend.
Ordered takeaway from Tandoori garden based on recent reviews and so glad I did. Delicious, fresh and hot and arrived in 20 minutes. My favorite chicken e chanpuri tasty and succulent, with delicious pilau rice, crispy poppadoms and a superb garlic naan - think I've found my new favorite Indian takeaway and looking forward to vising in person.
perfect environment and excellent food. The staff were most friendly and professional. The prices are reasonable, for London. Recommend highly

Definitely a place to be avoided unless you enjoy average food and terrible and rude customer service. We ordered takeaway food (collection) from Tandoori Garden a few times. The food is average but cheaper than other curry houses in the area. Hence we order it if we fancy a cheap mediocre meal! The menu clearly mentions 10% discount on collection only orders and but they never bothered to give that discount. After several occasions of being over charged, one day we tried to raise that issue stating that they are not giving the discount as stated in their menu. The (so called) manager tried his best to misguide us about it and refused to give the discount. When we persisted that we want the discount, he started to shout at us, with abusive words. He finally said, “why do you bother to buy food from us when there are other curry places around” and asked us to get lost. So the customer gets shouted at by the manager because we wanted the discount we deserved!
Absolutely s****! As we live just up the road we have been using this restaurant for awhile and recently the place has gone down the toilet. Not only has the quality of food deteriorated so too has the service. Our friends have long since stop using Tandoori Garden for this reason.Tonight we ordered take-away for convenience and will NEVER use them again. Our oder took one and half hours to arrive. The driver called us twice lost and took a further half an hour to find us 2 streets away. When our meal arrived it was stone cold and incomplete. When we called up to complain and ask for the rest of our order (which we had paid for) to be redelivered both the staff and management screamed down the phone at us. Apparently because the regular driver was sick we were supposed to accept a cold meal. We were also told that it would be another 45 mins for the rest of our order to arrive and that we would have to pay for it. So not only were were not compensated for our cold and incomplete meal, we were also being rudely asked to pay again. If you enjoy rude service and fairly average quality food go to Tandoori Garden - you'll love it. Otherwise, FIND SOMETHING ELSE!
Tandoori Garden is extremely popular with the locals. They serve delicious and authentic Indian food in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
The prices at Tandoori Garden are very reasonable too. All in all, recommended!
